Ribbon Ridge
Established in 2005, the Ribbon Ridge AVA A is a 6.1 square mile ridge within the Chehalem Mountains AVA, rising 683 feet from the valley floor, giving it an island like appearance.
Lower elevation than surrounding AVAs and shielded from the winds results in warmer temperatures and less rainfall.
Its 650 acres are home to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Gamay Noir.
